Do you offer delivery?

Yes we do offer delivery on anything purchased from furniture, appliances, or everyday store items

If so, how much does it cost? (we can say a general statement for price, ie: cost varies by distance etc...)

The cost varies by location and product purchased. The best way to get a quote on delivery is to give us a call. 985-385-3333.

How can I determine if Tiger Island delivers to my area?

We will delivery almost anywhere! Just give us a call and we can let you know of the options available.

What can I expect prior to my delivery or service?

You can expect a call before the delivery is made to ensure you are there or somebody is there to accept the delivery.

When will my merchandise that I purchased online be delivered?

After a purchase is made we we will call to set up a definite delivery time, hopefully to your liking. We want to make sure your appliances, furniture, etc., are all delivered to you perfectly.

What if I can’t be home for my delivery during the scheduled time window?

If you can't make the schedule time that is not a problem! If somebody else is there we can still carry on the delivery or just do a drop off! You are also more than welcome to reschedule the delivery to another time to suits you better.

Is there anything that I should do to get ready for the delivery team?

Nope. We will handle everything from moving to prepping the area needed for delivery (appliances going inside, old appliances coming out, moving furniture) You just have to relax.

Does your delivery teams disassemble and remove old furniture?

Absolutely. We will take any old furniture, old appliances, or trash you do not want. We will also move them to on site locations if you wish to keep them and just relocate the old furniture or appliances.

Will the delivery team assemble my furniture and take away the packing material?

Yes, we will be sure not to leave any trash behind! (Unless you want the appliances boxes for future projects)

Can I ask the Delivery Team to remove their footwear prior to entering my home?

Yes you may, but certain parts of job will be easier and much safer to do with footwear on properly. We will do everything to ensure you are happy and clean up any messes we do make as well.

Why do I have to pay for delivery when other retailers give free delivery? (what sets you apart from your competitors)

We strive on great personal customer service and care! We will do everything we can to make sure you don't have to worry about the delivery. From fully installing appliances and removing the old ones to helping you rearrange that new furniture to help get the perfect look. We are just a call away and are always there for the customer.

Can I pick up my purchase if I don’t want to have it delivered?

Yes. You can even pick up the purchase if you scheduled it for delivery originally.

What do I need to bring to prepare to pick up my purchase?

Please have your receipt on you or your phone number the purchase was made under and we can look up the receipt!

Do you price match?

We try our best to price match locally if possible! We do price match appliances to Home Depot and Lowe's to the best of our ability!

Are your prices competitive? (if price matching does not apply)

We believe to be very competitive! From everything from appliances to tools or even our furniture we sell!

How do I place an order off-line?

Just call the store and tell us what you are need or come in and see us!

Are all of your products available online?

Not everything we offer is online. We show a variety or our products or what we can special order. We have books and catalogs that help us find exactly what you need.

If I saw an item in the store but can't find it online, how do I place an order? What if I have an issue during or after my delivery?

No matter what is delivered, just give us a call. If you have appliances, power equipment, furniture delivered we do have staff on hand to work on appliance and power equipment.

Does your store give senior citizen discounts? Veterans discounts? Student discounts?

We offer a variety of discounts. Just ask and let us find something for you.

Will you service/repair my appliance if it is still under warranty?

Yes. we service all appliances we sell. Even if the warranty is up we can still work on your appliance to get it back to perfect working condition again.

Do you have a designer who will help us create our new dream kitchen?

Yes we do! We have a licensed interior designer on staff! We can come in and help you pick out everything in your kitchen, from appliances, flooring, countertops, etc. We can even help with the finishing touches such as decoration and accessories!
